If I consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, how will I be able to access these tax documents?
The FTX Customer Claims Portal will remain open until, at a minimum, October 16th of the year following the year of the final distribution. Any customer who has consented to the "Online E-Delivery Disclosure and Consent Agreement" will be able to download their tax documents via the FTX Customer Claims Portal until such time. The FTX Customer Claims Portal will go offline at some point in time after October 16 of the year following the year of the final distribution, and customers will no longer be able to access their tax documents through the FTX Customer Claims Portal after such time.
If I consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, how will I know that my tax documents are available?
Generally, FTX anticipates tax documents to be available to customers between January and March of the year following the final distribution, depending on the applicable tax documents relevant to each customer. FTX will inform customers of the availability of tax documents up to three weeks prior to such tax documents being available.
If I consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, how do I withdraw my consent?
If you consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, you may withdraw your consent by emailing support@ftx.com stating that you withdraw your consent to the electronic delivery of tax documents. Following a customer’s withdrawal of consent to electronic delivery, FTX will share any applicable tax documents (which have not been previously provided) via mail using the customer’s mailing address on file.
If I consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, is it possible to still receive paper copies of certain tax documents?
If you consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents, you may still receive paper copies of certain tax documents by sending an email at support@ftx.com requesting that you receive paper copies of certain tax documents. Such a request can only be made within a reasonable time after you initially consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents.
If I do not consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents but then change my mind, is it possible to receive them electronically?
If you initially do not consent to the electronic delivery of certain tax documents when you complete step 7 of the FTX Customer Claims Portal, you will not be able to receive such documents electronically. However, you can re-submit your withholding forms in the FTX Customer Claims Portal, and during this process, you will have the option to choose whether or not to consent to electronic delivery. Your choice at that time will determine whether you receive tax documents electronically.
