The Customer Claims Portal allows users to view their account balances and transaction history as well as to complete verification before filing a claim.
Your account balance(s) will be reflected as of November 11, 2022. Your transaction history will be reflected from account creation to November 11, 2022. This information will include any profits and/or losses, as well as amounts earned from staking or participating in the Earn program. Using the options on your Portfolio, you can view all of your balances and transactions, or filter by subaccount.
Your Total Customer Entitlement Claim amount is listed at the top of the page. Clicking on will show you the breakdown of this amount. For transparency, all derivative positions are listed separately on the Positions tab.
In the Balances tab, you can find the total balance from all your subaccounts (All Subaccount Balance) as well as the balances for the subaccount that is currently selected at the top of the page (Subaccount Balance). You may display the values by quantity or its equivalent in USD by clicking the radio button beside these options.
The Positions tab will show your balances and their USD equivalent for the selected subaccount only.
NOTE: All USD values are based on the Digital Asset Conversion Table in Docket no. 7090.

What should I do if I do not agree to the balances shown to me?
On the claims form, you will be asked if you would like to add or adjust anything that was not included in the balances shown to you. Click Yes, and enter the amount(s) you believe you are owed in the fields provided.
All balances and transaction histories are read-only. Customers are no longer able to make new transactions on their accounts.
