There are 2 ways to download your transaction history in the FTX Claims Portal:
- Use the cloud icon at the top of each tab on Step 4 to download.
If you would like to download the transactions for a specific date range, click the calendar icon and select the date range for the transactions you would like to view and download.
- Use the Download button at the bottom of the page on Step 4 to get a CSV of all transactions in one file.
Why am I getting a “Too many transactions” error when I download CSVs?
You can download files with up to 200 lines of transactions. If the number of transactions in your account exceeds 200 lines, you may need to use the date range filter to extract reports in multiple files.
If you need help with downloading CSVs, you may reach out to Customer Support by emailing support@ftx.com.
Will the CSVs include transactions from all my subaccounts?
If you use the Download button, the report will include all transactions from the chosen subaccount. If you use the cloud icon in the wallet tabs, or the date range filter, the CSV will only contain the transactions from the current tab and subaccount.
Why are trades not included in the Core Transactions CSV?
Trades or Fills are included in the Core Transactions CSV but they are listed differently from other transaction types. Trades are listed as 2-3 line items to show the 2 sides of the order and the fee. These line items will have the exact same timestamp so you will know that they belong to the same order. Here are the terms you will see related to trade orders:
- spot_base: In a spot trade, the quantity of the token sold or purchased
- spot_quote: The other side of the spot trade
- spot_fee: The fee charged for the spot trade
- change: In a futures trade, the quantity of the future sold or purchased
- cost: The other side of the futures trade
- fee: The fee charged for the futures trade
