What document can I use as an ID?
- A valid and unexpired passport, national ID, or driver’s license depending on your applicable country.
- Please make sure that the pictures of your documents are clear, show all their corners and sides, and no information is covered.
- Please note that screenshots, photos of document copies, and images altered in photo redactors are not acceptable.
- It is recommended that you upload an ID with a photo that resembles your most recent facial features.
- If your ID document has a signature field, please make sure it is signed.
What document can I use as proof of address?
- We accept:

- Bank statements, utility bills, internet/cable TV/house phone line bills, tax returns, council tax bills and government issued certifications of residence issued within the last 3 months.
- We do not accept:
- Mobile phone bills, medical bills, receipts for purchases, insurance statements or PO address.
- Your name and address should be clearly visible on the document. For certain jurisdictions where ID document is accepted as proof of address, you may use your ID as your proof of address. However, you must then upload a different document as your ID.

Do I need to upload any other documents besides ID and proof of address?
- Certain customers may be asked to provide source of fund documents and / or legally accepted residence documents such as residence permit or visa.
- Depending on your choosing, you may upload one of the following documents as your source of funds:

- Bank statements issued for the past 3 months;
- 3 salary or income slips issued within the past 6 months;
- Last filed income tax statement;
- Investment/securities account statement for the past 3 months;
- Loan agreement;
- Latest pension statement issued;
- Other such as proof of sales of assets/property, inheritance etc.
