and password. You may also be unable to access the portal if you did not commence the KYC
submission process (Step 3) by the March 3, 2025 deadline, as ordered by the Bankruptcy
Court in the Order Sustaining Debtors’ One Hundred Thirtieth (Non-Substantive) Omnibus
Objection to Unverified Customer Entitlement Claims [D.I 29464]. If you used the option to sign
in with Google or Apple with your FTX account, try using the same option to sign in to the
Customer Claims Portal.
If you:
- Forgot the email address used for your FTX account;
- No longer have access to the email address that you used for your FTX account;
- No longer have access to your multi-factor authenticator (2FA)
- Need assistance with the account recovery process (Locked account)
