All customers with net positive account balances have been sent an email with a unique customer code (Account ID). If you have not received this email, please follow these steps:
1. Check other folders in your inbox, such as the spam or junk folder, or use the search function in your email to locate the email from Kroll (email@example.com).
2. If you know your account balance(s), visit the Kroll website and select the Customer Schedules. Identify your account balance(s) on the Customer Schedules and review the corresponding customer code.
NOTE: Transactions listed in your FTX App's Track tab are not included in your account balance.
