Checking Your Claim Status

There are two ways customers can check their claim status.

Checking your claim status on the FTX Claims Portal

1. Go to Step 5 of the FTX Claims Portal 
2. Your Claim Status is listed at the top of this page above the Claim Status Explanation

Checking your claim status on the Kroll website

1. Go to https://restructuring.ra.kroll.com/FTX/Home-ClaimInfo 
2. Click on “Advanced” at the top right of the page  
3. Enter the details of your claim and click “Search”
