KYC will also remain open for customers to complete and upload their required documentation.
Do you need to have your KYC status verified by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time?
- No. By September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time you need to have started your KYC process on Step 3 of the Customer Claims Portal. Given the high volume of applicants, the manual review of your KYC may take some time to be completed.
Do you need to file your claim by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time?
- Yes. If you had intended to file a claim through the Customer Claims Portal, it is required that the claim is filed pursuant to Step 5 of the Customer Claims Portal or the Kroll Portal by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time.
- The Kroll Portal is still accessible after the Bar Date to amend or file a claim. Absent order from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, any claims that are filed subsequent to the bar date may be disputed by the court. KYC will also remain open for customers to complete and upload their required documentation.
