What additional steps are required if I select BitGo as my Distribution Service Provider?
Once you have selected BitGo as your Distribution Service Provider, you will be redirected to the BitGo landing page. In order to receive a distribution, you must complete the onboarding steps, including:
- Create an account (if you do not already have one) at BitGo with the same email address used in the FTX Customer Portal
- Submit KYC/identity verification requirements
- Agree to BitGo account Terms of Service (“ToS”)
- Wait until the distributions are made by the FTX Debtors into your account
