What additional steps are required if I select Kraken as my Distribution Service Provider?
If you select Kraken as your Distribution Service Provider, you will be redirected to the Kraken landing page. In order to receive a distribution, you must complete the onboarding steps, including:
- Create an account (if you do not already have one) at Kraken with the same email address used in the FTX Customer Portal
- Submit KYC/identity verification requirements
- Agree to Kraken account Terms of Service (“ToS”)
- Wait until the distributions are made by the FTX Debtors into your account
