Using Payoneer as a Distribution Service Provider

What additional steps are required if I select Payoneer as my Distribution Service
Provider?

If you select Payoneer as your Distribution Service Provider, you will be redirected to the
Payoneer’s landing page. In order to receive a distribution, you must complete the onboarding
steps, including:

• Create an account at Payoneer with the same email address used in the FTX Customer
  Portal. Note you will be required to create a new Payoneer account even if you currently
  have an existing account.
• Submit KYC/identity verification requirements
• Agree to Payoneer account Terms of Service
• Wait until the distributions are deposited into your bank account

How do I access Payoneer’s platform to complete onboarding requirements? 

You will be redirected to their platform directly from Step 8 in the FTX Customer Portal upon
selection of Payoneer as your Distribution Service Provider.
